Salary $10.25 hourly for 35 hours.
Position
you will work closely with the store owner and other team members to effectively and efficiently create a highly productive retail business environment with a friendly atmosphere.

Duties
• Help customers to make purchases
• Maximize personal & store sales by knowing product and customers needs.
• Assist owner with developing and monitoring store personnel
• Support team members with ensuring all company policies and procedures are being followed
• Opening & Closing the store.
• Other duties and projects will be assigned based on company, district and store needs.

Behaviours & Skills Required
• One year previous retail experience is a must.
• Displays a passion for the board sport / fashion industry.
• Customer service focused.
• Retail sales driven.
• High School or equivalent
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds; and stand and or walk up to 8hours per day
